- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an itchy skin rash for about a year. My family Doctor said it was psoriasis. I waited another year before going to a Dermatologist in Norwich. He said it was psoriasis. Both of them had an excellent "bedside manner". I waited another year before going to my wife's Dermatologist, Dr. Miller. She saw the patch on my chest from 10 feet away and said that it was basal cell carcinoma. She treated the problem. The skin was repaired and I haven't had a problem since.
